Winter Approaches the Bells

Maroon Bells is picturesque year round. Last week, I posted a picture of the Bells in July, still covered with remnants of the previous winter's snow.  This picture was shot at the beginning of November in 2005 as the Bells boast  some fresh autumn snow and the beginnings of a promising season of the white stuff.  Road access to Maroon Bells is restricted during the winter so you won't see any pictures of mine during the heart of the winter season.
