This deer has been making frequent appearances at our house.  Apparently, s/he is quite comfortable here as we stood outside watching and s/he didn't budge.  Dillon, on the other hand, found it necessary to declare this as HIS turf.  Mike and Allie got increasingly nervous as Dillon got closer, but the deer didn't seem the least bothered...

Allie had a tonsillectomy yesterday, and the dogs have been hovering over her, almost as if protecting her, while she sleeps...

Mother's Day in 3-D!

It was a wonderful Mother's Day with my three kids...we all donned our 3D glasses and checked out the new technology...

It doesn't take much to make it home....

We took possession of 157 Lookout Drive the other day.  Our first night there is this coming Thursday, but we've been there with the painters and carpet layers for a couple of days.  Since the kids aren't here, I brought a picture of them for our kitchen window sill...

It already feels like home...
