"Quirky", "Strange", "OCD"...you tell me.
Add to the list another new "quirky" behavior of Cody's. He has recently refused to go through the second of two doggy doors and instead, peeks his head in and whines until we open the door for him. How can you refuse such a face?

The Wall
Of the many sights I anticipated visiting in Israel, the one I looked forward to the most was the Western Wall or the "Kotel". Because the Wall is segregated, it made photographing it a real challenge...quite a frustration of mine.

The things we do for our dogs...
Cody is starting to show his age when we walk...when he tires, he simply sits down in the middle of the street and refuses to go any further. We feel badly leaving him home for the walks and taking Dillon, so we found this dog carrier which he's perfectly content to be in when he's decided he's had enough...

Pumpkins
A beautiful ride down the back roads of town led us to a pumpkin patch. Something about a group of pumpkins just brings out the nostalgia in me. Down the way a bit, I saw this radio flyer red wagon which really brought back memories, and also made for a great shot of color...

Fall is in the air...
The weather is forcing me to revisit pictures I have of autumn color. Although some leaves are already changing, I am hopeful that the changes we'll see over the next several weeks will provide for some beautiful shots. This picture was taken in Aspen and the contrast of the golden aspen leaves with the red barn is the classic autumn palette...
